Terms of Service

Wise Education provides academic services including assignment help, online tutoring, and mentoring on a per-engagement basis. Scope and deliverables are agreed in writing before payment.

All prices are quoted in GBP. Payment is processed by one of the gateways we offer at checkout:

• PayPal: for PayPal-balance and card payments where PayPal is the merchant processor. PayPal's own terms apply in addition to these.
• Stripe Checkout: for card and digital-wallet payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported by your device). Stripe is the merchant processor. Stripe's own terms apply in addition to these.

We never see or store your card details — all sensitive card data is handled by the gateway you choose (PCI DSS SAQ-A scope).

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if work has not commenced. After work begins, refunds are at the provider's discretion based on the scope completed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Disputes opened with PayPal or Stripe will be cooperated with and resolved within the timelines required by each provider's buyer-protection programme.

Original work produced for you is yours to use, subject to the academic-honesty obligations imposed by your institution. You confirm you are responsible for adhering to those obligations.

You will not request work that is illegal, deceptive, or knowingly violates the policies of your institution. We reserve the right to refuse any engagement.

Services are provided as-is. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in connection with the specific engagement.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the portal or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
