Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Identification: name, email, and country.
  • Engagement details: project reference, scope notes, and the amount you paid.
  • Technical: a hashed IP address and browser user agent. We never store raw IP addresses.
  • Payment metadata returned by the gateway (transaction id, status, last four digits of the card on the receipt). We never store full card numbers, CVV, or expiry.

2. Why we collect it

To fulfil the engagement, to comply with anti-fraud and gateway requirements, and to keep records of paid transactions for tax compliance. Our lawful basis is contract performance and legitimate interest.

3. Storage and retention

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) and processed via Vercel. Transactional records are retained for 7 years to meet record-keeping obligations. Contact-form submissions and enquiry replies are kept for 24 months. Webhook payloads (PayPal and Stripe) are retained for 90 days for reconciliation and then pruned to metadata only.

4. Third-party processors

  • PayPal: payment processing and receipts when you choose PayPal at checkout.
  • Stripe: payment processing, including Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets, when you choose card or wallet at checkout.
  • Supabase: database and authentication.
  • Vercel: hosting and edge delivery.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: bot prevention on the payment and contact forms.
  • Gmail (Google) SMTP: transactional email (payment receipts and enquiry replies). When a custom email-sending domain is verified, this may be replaced by another transactional provider (e.g. Resend); we will update this policy.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and CSRF protection. We do not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will request your consent first.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing teamwise2000@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country.
